Good Day Pauline,
This is the feedback from the training we had on the 31 March 2017 for 28 HIV counsellors, Busisiwe the co-ordinator and myself.
We would like to thank you for giving us the opportunity to have you again to do the workshop in Stress Management. It was very well presented and the suggestions of how to deal with the issues that courses stress and how to manage it . The small groups discussions was very much useful in terms of sharing ideas and how other people deal with stress or their coping mechanism. It has been a very helpful training and our skills on how to handle stress has been developed. The training was well presented in all areas of managing stress. It was very much helpful in terms of sharing experiences and how stress can damage your relationship with your loved ones. The best advice was to let your feelings out eg. To talk to someone about what is bothering you, to laugh and express anger when you need to with someone you trust.
We have truly appreciated the presentation style and you have provided us with a very useful practical skills to share with our patience in the clinics.
Kind Regards,
Mandisa Ralarala | HIV and AIDS Project Manager.

“After being involved in a violent armed robbery at my work place, I sought counselling for my team and I. After being advised to contact Pauline, I was very pleased with her professional approach to our situation and she was able to help my colleagues and I to deal with our post-traumatic stress we were having to endure.
I highly recommend Pauline to anyone experiencing issues in their life and are seeking a helping hand to deal with any traumatic situation they may find themselves in.” SB

My marriage of 38 years ended, I got divorced and relocated from a small town to a city in another province. My children suggested I go for counselling, but I did not think it was necessary, until one day I realised that I was actually not coping with my life, that I was broken and unravelling and that I needed some help.
Counselling sessions gave me that help, gave me a way forward, a way to start knitting myself together, enabling me to move through pain, loss and change. Pauline became a safe, secure place where I was understood, encouraged and supported, and from where I gained greater perspective and awareness of my life situations, and a greater understanding of myself in those situations. This gave me confidence to start the process of re-engaging and coping with my life.
I have had counselling on and off for four years. I contact Pauline whenever I need help managing situations I find difficult and challenging, she has guided me through caring for an elderly parent, the death of my Mother, the loss of my closest friend and the constant challenges of family dynamics.
I am forever grateful for the support and guidance, and for the release, relief and recharge that Pauline’s counselling has given me and continues to give me. L

Hi Pauline,
Just wanted to give you a review of our enrichment course.
Justine and I thoroughly enjoyed it. It gave us an open platform to talk freely about issues that we really needed to discuss and which most people would avoid. It also helped us to see where we are aligned as a couple and where our differences in opinions are which again most people would not know of.
We would highly recommend that everyone takes this course before they get married. We already tell all our friends getting married that It is totally worth it.
Thanks for all your help and taking us through the course.
Regards,
Neil S
